Job Summary:
The Archery Instructor will be responsible for delivering high-quality archery instruction to individuals or groups within a sports and athletics setting. The candidate must possess excellent coaching skills and technical knowledge of archery techniques. They will ensure the safety of participants, demonstrate proper form and technique, and provide guidance and feedback to enhance skill development. The Archery Instructor will contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment while promoting the values of fair play, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive archery instruction to individuals or groups of various skill levels, adhering to established curriculum and lesson plans.
- Ensure the safety of all participants by implementing and enforcing safety guidelines and protocols.
- Demonstrate proper archery techniques, including stance, grip, draw, release, and follow-through.
- Observe and assess participants' performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance to improve their skills.
- Design and implement training programs tailored to the needs and goals of individual participants or groups.
- Plan and organize archery competitions, events, or workshops, fostering healthy competition and skill development.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and achievement for each participant.
- Assist in the selection and maintenance of archery equipment, ensuring its functionality and safety.
- Stay updated with the latest archery coaching methodologies, techniques, and regulations through continuous professional development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes respect, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Archery Instructor or Coach.
- Proven expertise in archery techniques, coaching methodologies, and safety practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively instruct and motivate participants.
- Strong observational and analytical skills to assess participants' performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and organize archery instruction programs.
- Knowledge of equipment selection, maintenance, and repair.
- Ability to adapt coaching techniques to accommodate individuals with varying skill levels and learning styles.
- Current certification as an Archery Instructor or Coach from a recognized governing body or association is preferred.
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
